Convoke, a leader in SaaS solutions for the debt collection market, today announced the most recent software update to its debt validation and third-party oversight platform. Convoke’s update includes the introduction of reporting and tracking for auto repossession accounts, expansion of the utilization and reporting for Data Groups, media push and download enhancements, and expansion of audit capabilities.
“Convoke is excited about what this release offers our customers, building on the solid product that we have provided for years,” said David Pauken, CEO at Convoke. “We are confident that these enhancements and expansions will provide additional value and benefits to our customer base. The company is proud of everything we are able to offer our customers as part of this release and believe it will provide even further value to the collection industry.”
The Convoke platform employs a state-of-the-art security infrastructure. Each year, Convoke releases several updates to its platform to support its clients’ evolving needs.
Auto Repossession Accounts
Convoke now provides support for the auto repossession lifecycle, including tracking and reporting of needed data and documents supporting the repossession process. With this additional feature, Convoke adds a fourth key channel to support lenders in the management of their delinquent receivables. This new feature provides auto lenders with the ability to place and recall loans to and from repossession vendors and to manage the associated workflow requirements for auto repossession compliance. This is another step in Convoke’s overall vision to connect third party collection vendors with credit issuers.
Expansion of Data Groups
The Data Groups feature allows vendors to load extensive and varied data records onto the Convoke platform, enabling much easier and more useful credit issuer oversight of collection vendor activity. Convoke’s latest software release provides its Data Groups feature to additional customers and provides enhanced reporting for all users of Data Groups.
Media Push and Download Enhancements
With Convoke’s new media push and download enhancements, users will now be able to efficiently report on the availability and status of all bulk media (document) transfers that they receive from Convoke. The entire beginning-to-end bulk transfer process creates further efficiencies for Convoke’s customers and third-party users.
Expansion of Audit Capabilities
With this release’s audit capabilities, credit issuers are now able to assign audits to law firms and agencies, even if the account is no longer in their inventory.
